Rachel McCullough is a dedicated coach and program leader with a strong passion for developing young athletes through field hockey. A former NCAA Division III player at New England College from 2009 to 2013, Rachel earned Second Team All-Conference and was named to the 2012 NAC All-Tournament Team for her standout play. She currently serves as the Junior Varsity Coach and Varsity Assistant at Franklin High School and leads the Bellingham Youth Field Hockey program, where she is also the founder and owner of the Ladyhawks, a grassroots program committed to growing the game in the Bellingham area. Rachel brings energy, experience, and a true love for the sport to every practice and game, inspiring players at all levels to develop their skills and confidence on and off the field.
